New drug aims to help teen boys with low testosterone reach puberty

Summary
This study tests a drug called XYOSTED in about 100 teenage boys who have low testosterone due to a condition called hypogonadism. The goal is to see if the drug can safely help them go through puberty or continue developing. Participants will receive the drug for 52 weeks, and those who continue will be followed for an additional 24 months to check long-term safety and effects.
