Summary
This study aims to understand what body measurements, fitness levels, and lifestyle habits are linked to lower testosterone in middle-aged men. Researchers will recruit about 800 men aged 35-55 in Uzbekistan to measure their bodies, test their strength and fitness, and ask about their lifestyle and diet. The goal is to identify risk factors to help spot men who might develop low testosterone earlier.
