Summary

This study is testing a new type of artificial graft for coronary artery bypass surgery in patients with multi-vessel heart disease. It's the first time this specific device is being used in humans, aiming to see if it's safe and works as intended. The study will follow 20 patients to check if the graft stays open and functions properly after surgery.
