Gentle new masks aim to help kids breathe easier
NCT ID NCT06833294
Summary
This study tested new, gentle-fitting mask designs for children who need help breathing from a machine. The goal was to see if these new masks fit small faces better, deliver air pressure correctly, and are more comfortable than standard masks. It involved a small group of stable children, from newborns up to 3 years old, to gather initial feedback from their doctors.
