Scientists test glasses that watch what you eat

NCT ID NCT06879574

Summary

This study is testing new tools to measure what people eat in their daily lives, outside of a clinic. Researchers want to see if combining a wearable camera, simple blood and urine tests, and online food surveys gives a more accurate picture of a person's diet. They are recruiting 133 adults in Great Britain to use these tools at home over five weeks, including one week where they eat a set meal plan.
