Summary
This study is testing whether new software called HAPPI makes it easier for pharmacists to provide birth control services and for patients to access contraception. Researchers will compare pharmacies using the HAPPI software with those not using it to see if it improves service delivery. The study involves 150 pharmacists and patients who will use the software during normal birth control consultations.
