Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a new digital tool called GoalNav Clinic is practical to use in a doctor's office. The tool helps older patients and their family members work with a doctor to set and track personal health goals. Researchers wanted to see if patients, families, and doctors found the tool easy and helpful to use.
