Eco-Labels on menus: will they make us eat healthier?

NCT ID NCT07536126

First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether putting labels about environmental harm on fast-food menus can help people choose healthier meals. About 7,000 adults in the U.S. will take an online survey where they order food from mock burger and sandwich restaurant menus with different labels. The goal is to see if these labels lead to better food choices, without actually changing what restaurants serve.
