Fading tattoos tested to ease radiation for breast cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07095114
Summary
This study is testing a special tattoo ink designed to fade over time. It aims to see if this 'Magic Ink' is as safe and effective as standard permanent tattoo ink for marking the skin to guide daily radiation therapy in women with breast cancer. Researchers will also check if the ink helps with treatment setup and how it affects patients' feelings about their body image.
