First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a method called FIT (Feedback Informed Treatment) in social services. Clients regularly rate their main problems and how they feel about the help they get. The goal is to see if this feedback leads to better results and fewer people dropping out. About 400 adults receiving voluntary social services for issues like substance use, domestic violence, or housing will take part.
