Could a wristband replace the blood pressure cuff?
NCT ID NCT05780710
Summary
This study is testing a new wrist-worn device that automatically measures blood pressure, comparing it to standard home cuff monitors. It involves at least 35 adults with high blood pressure who will wear the device for 4 to 19 weeks while taking their prescribed blood pressure medications. The goal is to see if the convenient wrist monitor is as accurate as the traditional cuff method.
