Can a new school program get kids moving for life?
NCT ID NCT05822024
Summary
This study is testing a school program designed to help children develop 'physical literacy'—the motivation, confidence, and skills to be active for life. Researchers want to see if a program that worked in other countries is practical and well-received in Danish schools for kids aged 9-11. The main goal is to figure out if the program is ready for a larger test to see if it actually increases children's physical activity and skills.
