Summary
This study is testing whether a daily injection called tesamorelin can reduce fat buildup in the liver of adults with fatty liver disease. 120 participants will receive either the active drug or a placebo injection for one year, with both groups receiving lifestyle advice. The main goal is to see if the treatment significantly lowers liver fat measured by special MRI scans.
