Summary

This study tests a new daily pill called TERN-701 for adults with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who have not responded well to other treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, then testing that dose in more people. About 180 participants will take the pill once a day in 28-day cycles, and researchers will monitor safety and how well it controls the cancer.
