Summary
This Phase 3 trial is testing whether the targeted drug tepotinib works better than standard treatments for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (MET exon 14 mutation). About 133 patients who have already tried at least one prior treatment will be randomly assigned to receive either tepotinib pills or one of several standard chemotherapy or immunotherapy options. The main goal is to see if tepotinib delays cancer growth and improves quality of life.
