Breakthrough drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether the drug tepotinib works better than standard treatments for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called a MET exon 14 mutation. The trial is for patients whose cancer has worsened after at least one prior treatment. Researchers will compare how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and their quality of life between the two groups.
