NCT ID NCT07240532
First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests if a mix of physiotherapy and a meditation app can reduce headache pain and improve life quality for adults with frequent or chronic tension-type headaches. About 78 participants will be split into groups: one doing weekly physio, one using a meditation app daily, and one doing both. The goal is to see if combining physical and mental approaches works better than either alone.
