Summary

This study tests a device called Tensi+ that uses mild nerve stimulation to treat overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms like sudden urges to urinate and frequent bathroom trips. About 60 adults with OAB will use the device at home for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it safely reduces urgency episodes and improves daily life.
