Summary

This study aims to see if a drug-free, electrical nerve stimulation device (TENS) works as well as a common painkiller for people with severe kidney stone pain in the emergency room. Researchers will compare pain relief in 128 adults after 15 and 30 minutes of treatment. The goal is to find effective pain relief with fewer medication side effects.
