Summary

This study tested whether combining TENS (a mild electrical stimulation) with exercises that train the sense of body position and vision could improve walking in children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Thirty children aged 4 to 6 years old took part. The goal was to see if this approach could help them walk more smoothly and with better balance.
