Summary
This study tests a new surgical technique for people with macular holes that didn't close after standard treatment. Surgeons take a small piece of the patient's own eye tissue (Tenon's capsule) and use it as a patch to plug the hole. Twenty participants will be followed for 3 months to see if the hole closes and vision improves.
