Serve like a pro: study tests best training for faster tennis serves

Summary

This study looks at two different upper-body training programs—plyometric (jump-like exercises) and traditional strength training—to see which one helps competitive tennis players serve faster and more powerfully. About 46 male players aged 18-30 will take part. Results will help coaches and athletes choose the best training for better performance.
