Summary
This study compared two common treatments for tennis elbow: wearing a wrist splint and using kinesiology tape. 150 adults with persistent elbow pain tried one of these methods along with standard exercises. Researchers measured which treatment better reduced pain and improved arm strength and daily function over several weeks.
