Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common physical therapy approaches works better for athletes with tennis elbow. Researchers will compare 'Mobilization with Movement' techniques against 'Cyriax' techniques in 56 racquet sport and throwing athletes. The goal is to see which method provides greater pain relief, improves grip strength, and helps the elbow joint feel more stable and controlled during movement.
