Summary

This study is testing which of two physical therapy methods works better for treating tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Researchers are comparing Blood Flow Restriction Training (a special exercise technique) with the Mulligan technique (a hands-on joint mobilization method). They are measuring which one better reduces pain and improves grip strength and daily function in 45 adults with this condition.
