Summary
This study tested which type of exercise works best with shock wave therapy to treat tennis elbow. Forty adults with persistent elbow pain received shock wave therapy weekly for five weeks. Some also did supervised exercises three times a week to see which combination best reduced pain and improved grip strength and arm function.
