New elbow pain study tests Two-Pronged therapy approach
NCT ID NCT07484516
Summary
This study aims to see if combining two physical therapy methods—specific strengthening exercises and a gentle hands-on muscle technique—works better than either method alone for treating tennis elbow. It will involve 66 adults with persistent elbow pain in Karachi, Pakistan. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the three treatment combinations over two weeks to compare their effects on pain, grip strength, and daily function.
