Back manipulation vs. arm brace: which works better for tennis elbow?
NCT ID NCT07113912
Summary
This study compared two different physical treatments for tennis elbow pain. Researchers tested whether gentle spinal mobilization (a type of back adjustment) works better than wearing a forearm support brace. The trial involved 40 adults who had experienced elbow pain for at least three months, measuring their pain levels before and after treatment.
