Electric needle therapy tested for stubborn tennis elbow pain
NCT ID NCT07277127
Summary
This study tested whether adding a minor electrical needle procedure to a standard exercise program works better than exercise alone for chronic tennis elbow. 68 adults with long-term elbow pain were randomly assigned to receive either just the exercises or the exercises plus three sessions of ultrasound-guided electrolysis. Researchers measured pain levels and arm function over three months to see which approach provided more relief.
