First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special nerve-stretching technique to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic tennis elbow. 46 adults with long-lasting elbow pain received either usual care or usual care plus radial nerve mobilization. Researchers measured pain, grip strength, and function right after treatment and again 3 months later to see if the extra technique made a difference.
