First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding simple shoulder-blade exercises to standard shock wave therapy can better reduce pain and improve daily function in people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). About 48 adults aged 18 to 65 with at least 3 months of elbow pain will be assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if the combination approach offers extra relief compared to shock wave therapy alone.
