Ice water test reveals how tennis elbow changes pain perception
NCT ID NCT07178288
Summary
This study aims to understand how people with and without tennis elbow feel pressure pain and how their body's natural pain-control system works. Researchers will measure pain sensitivity using a pressure device and test how a brief cold water immersion affects pain levels over time. The findings could help improve future assessment and treatment approaches for musculoskeletal pain conditions.
