New study tests simple hand technique for tennis elbow relief

NCT ID NCT07589725

First seen May 18, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a gentle hand-on technique called Mulligan Mobilization with Movement (MWM) to standard exercises can reduce pain and improve grip strength in people with tennis elbow. About 45 adults with elbow pain for at least 3 months will be split into three groups: MWM plus exercise, a fake MWM plus exercise, or exercise only. Researchers will check pain, strength, and function right after treatment and again at 3 and 6 months to see if the benefits last.
