New exercise combo could ease stubborn tennis elbow

NCT ID NCT07365033

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests if a special exercise program (eccentric training with blood flow restriction) works better than standard resistance training for people with long-term tennis elbow pain. Forty adults aged 25-45 with symptoms lasting over a year will do one of the two programs three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, arm function, and muscle strength to see which approach helps more.
