NCT ID NCT07402304
Summary
This study tested whether a special tennis class could improve college students' teamwork and physical fitness. Researchers compared 94 students who took either a new, interactive tennis course focused on cooperation or a standard tennis class. They measured changes in students' helpful behaviors and fitness levels over an 8-week period to see if the new teaching method made a difference.
