Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety of tenapanor, a drug that helps with constipation and stomach pain in children aged 6 to 17 with irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C). About 150 kids who finished a previous tenapanor study will take the drug for up to a year. The main goal is to check for side effects and monitor heart health.
