Stick-On neck patch aims to replace internal temperature probes in surgery
NCT ID NCT07397065
Summary
This study is testing a new, non-invasive temperature-monitoring patch that sticks to the neck. It will compare the patch's readings to the standard internal probes used during surgery to see if it's just as accurate. The goal is to validate a more comfortable way for doctors to continuously monitor a patient's core body temperature in the operating room.
