Summary

This study tests an investigational drug called telitacicept in 250 adults with active primary Sjögren's disease, a chronic autoimmune condition causing dry eyes and mouth. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 48 weeks to see if it reduces disease activity. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
