Summary
This study tests a drug called telitacicept for people with ocular myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes droopy eyelids and double vision. About 120 participants aged 12 to 80 will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks. The goal is to see if telitacicept improves eye muscle function while participants continue their usual treatments.
