Inclusion Criteria: * Men or women; * Aged between 18 and 65 years; * Speaking French fluently; * Having a professional activity in France; * Having a hierarchical superior and colleagues; * Working at least part-time; * Working in the current organization for at least three months; * Agreeing to participate in the study.
