Summary

This study tests whether doing physical therapy at home via video calls works as well as going to a clinic for people with golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis). Sixty adults with elbow pain for at least six weeks will be randomly assigned to either telerehabilitation or supervised physiotherapy. The main goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function.
