First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—asynchronous telerehabilitation (remote guidance) and a standard home exercise plan—for people with piriformis syndrome, a condition causing buttock and leg pain. About 46 adults aged 18-45 with diagnosed piriformis syndrome will participate. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, fear of pain, and improves daily function and physical performance.
