Can video calls prevent falls? remote balance training tested for osteoporosis
NCT ID NCT07148479
Summary
This study compares two approaches to balance training for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis: traditional in-person sessions versus remote training delivered through video calls. Both groups will receive the same standardized balance exercises designed to improve stability and reduce fall risk. The goal is to determine if remote training can be just as effective as in-person sessions, potentially making this important rehabilitation more accessible.
