Home video rehab matches clinic visits for shoulder recovery
NCT ID NCT07205094
Summary
This study tested if doing physical therapy at home via video calls (telerehabilitation) works as well as going to a clinic after rotator cuff surgery. It involved 30 people who were at least 6 weeks post-surgery. Both groups did an 8-week exercise program, and the video-based group showed similar or slightly better improvements in pain, shoulder movement, strength, and quality of life.
