Can a video call fix a Pitcher's shoulder? new study tests remote rehab
NCT ID NCT07164625
Summary
This study is testing whether physical therapy delivered through video calls works as well as traditional in-person sessions for young elite baseball players with rotator cuff injuries. Researchers are comparing both approaches in 50 players to see which is more effective at reducing pain and improving shoulder function, and which method players are more likely to stick with. The goal is to determine if remote therapy could be a convenient alternative for busy athletes.
