Summary
This study looked at whether doing core strengthening exercises at home through video calls (telerehabilitation) works as well as doing them in a clinic for people with chronic low back pain. Thirty-two adults with back pain for over 3 months took part. The researchers measured pain, quality of life, and endurance to see which method was more effective and convenient.
