Can video calls beat the clinic for back pain relief?
NCT ID NCT06895057
Summary
This study aims to see if doing core-strengthening exercises at home via telerehabilitation (video calls or online programs) works as well as doing the same exercises in a clinic for people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will compare the two methods to see which is better at reducing pain, improving quality of life, and increasing endurance. The goal is to find a more accessible and potentially lower-cost way to deliver effective treatment.
