First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study compares doing core stabilization exercises at home via video (telerehabilitation) versus in a clinic for people with chronic low back pain. Researchers want to see if the convenient, low-cost home approach can improve pain, quality of life, and endurance just as well as face-to-face sessions. The study will enroll 32 adults aged 25-55 with back pain lasting over 3 months.
