Summary
This study looked at whether motor control exercises done at home through video calls can improve shoulder function and quality of life in 34 adults who had rotator cuff surgery. Participants were assessed before surgery and at 6 and 12 weeks after. The goal was to see if telerehabilitation is an effective way to deliver rehab exercises.
