First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests if a home exercise program using a device called Spinetrack can reduce neck pain and disability in people with whiplash from car accidents. About 102 adults with mild to moderate whiplash will be split into three groups: one using Spinetrack with video coaching, one doing standard exercises via video, and one getting usual care. The program lasts 6 weeks, and researchers will measure pain and daily function improvements.
